Christmas was so fun with two little girls. Lily woke up really excited and came down to find her bike, castle, and some other neat toys. Santa brought Chandler some little toys too which she loves to play with now. It could not get any better. The new way insurance has been done has hit us hard .... ughh. Way different the way insurance companies bill for all of the stuff then when lily was born and steep in our pockets too. We had the Scroggs Family Christmas here at our house for the first year ever so that the girls could enjoy their toys. It was great. I made Paula Deans monkey bread.. A must try for a good fattening fix :) Google It. We had such a wonderful time. A note to my girls, mommy may be hard on you and you may get frustrated with me through life but just know that our relationship is the most importnat. I could not ask for anything more with your (gami) my mommy. I will always try to steer you in the right direction but let you take the necessary steps for you to follow through.
Anyway, Chandler has her 4 month appointment. I cannot beleive that she is already getting so grown so fast. I do not know how the parents want to be strict and let their kids cry in their crib.. I know its a "learning" thing, but they are only little once. You only once get to kiss that baby soft skin and hold them & rock them to sleep regardless the amount of hours you get. I read so many stories of families and their children having a life threating or terminal disease, cancer, etc that they have to deal with. I am so grateful for my two healthy little girls. God has blessed me with them and I cherish every second that I have with them. This year has been a struggle with keeping the kids well too. I know it has to do with Lily starting school for the first time but geeze. Its always a sniffle here and there or cough. I just want her to stay healthy for her 4th birthday which is next week. Pictures are not uploading so I will have to do it later.
