So we are almost half way. This week is my 20 week mark. I go to the doctor on the 3rd for my "official" ultrasound, I hope its still a girl :). She is doing great though. I feel her move around all of the time, esp whenI eat.. she is like thanks for the food... Lily is getting excited too, I told her she was going to be such a great big sister, which I know she will be. We have not started on her room. Its my home office and where I work so its pretty hard for me to just up and move all of my work. First, we have to get the basement walls up and electrical stuff done before I move my computer down there along with everything else. Overall I know what I am doing in her room, I just have to purchase everything, which most is online. It will get done this summer with a lot of help from family. :)

Chandler Reese Hammitt

So we are so exicted that we got to see our little baby "GIRL" on the 7th of April. I just knew it was a boy with the way that I have been feeling but it is a girl. Glad I have 13 boxes worth of clothes and shoes.
Chandler Reese will be here hopefully the weekend of Sept 15th.. I should have my c-section then.. Other than that I am starting to get things for her room. Its going to have a French Couture type feel to it in which I am very exicted. Found her bedding off of ebay by a designer and paid half the price for it.. It came in the mail today and I love it. I have not gained any weight to date 17wks. I have acutally lost 5lbs :) But I know the weight will come sooner than later like it did with lily. I found out I have an Inguinal Hernia, fun huh? So either I hope they do surgery during my c-section or it will not be fun trying to do it after all of that.

New Addition To The Hammitt Family

So our little family is expecting baby hammitt #2 on Sept 22nd 2012. I will go in a week early for a planned c-section which that date has not been established. I let Lily tell Kevin that "she was going to be a big sister" & that is the way that he found out. We are so blessed that we are finally here. All I can do now is take care of myself and pray for a healthy pregancy and baby to meet the world in sept. We are 11 weeks now so just about out of the first trimester in which this first one was way different than lilys. I dont really like vegtables and anything with spicy. Salads wanna make me yack in which stinks becuase I love having a good salad.. Anyway. We will be posting more as our family and friends can keep up with what is going on. Baby pic was at 6 weeks when they took it & I got to hear the little angels heart beat. Lily got to go with me today and hear the heart beat which was really important that she is a BIG part of this.

So we had Lilys party at Bounce U with all her friends. She had a blast. Our friends and family got to come to see our little girl and spend time with one another. I am so grateful for such wonderful friends. Some are from when i was lilys age and some are from middle school and high school. I am glad that I got to share this day with you all.

Santa Came

So I have not posted in awhile so I thought I would bring things up to date starting with Christmas even though it was almost 2 months ago.

We had a wonderufl Crhistmas. It was very different this year with Lily aware that Santa was going to be coming and bringing gifts to her since she was a good little girl. We made cookies and sat out milk which was a lot of fun. Lily was so excited when she came down stairs to see what Santa brought her.

So we had a kids party with all of lilys friends. It was so much fun.. Its always fun to see the little ones dressed up and we had fun dressing up too. She also got to go to trunk or treat. She is not a big fan of mask or clowns (girls or guys) so we shall see what next year brings. We are also grateful for Kevins Nana for making lilys dress and my outfit too. My costume was so incredible(the detail and hardwork that she put into it) thanks Nana :)

So we went to the North Ga Fair. Kevin and I did not think that Lily was going to ride the rides, but we were proven very wrong. She could not get enough of dumbo and we went on a tugboat thing that is kinda like the adult priate ship.. She had a blast~~ Cannot wait to do it again. :)
